Spring Series, Premier Series, Commodore Series and Championship Series Trophies: The Club shall purchase trophies for each one-design and each handicap fleet, based on the results of the Spring Series, Premier Series & Commodore Series for those having the status of Racing/Junior Racing Memberships (Fleets not qualifying for Premier Series and/or Spring Series, may use those races toward the Commodore Series, notify the Rear Commodore).
The Championship Trophies will be based on the combined races of all three
series.
For a fleet to be eligible for trophies there must be an average of 1.5 boats starting in 50% of the scheduled races (if the number of scheduled races is odd the average races required will be rounded up to the next whole integer above 50%). The club will award trophies to each fleet using the average of 50% of the scheduled races with the largest participation for the said fleet, (if the number of scheduled races is odd the average races required will be rounded up to the next whole integer above 50%) based on the following chart:

Attendence of the Spring Series, Premier Series
and Commodore Series are counted toward this award.
Jacomo Sailing Club Racing Participation Award. Donated in 2006 by Pete
Peterson, this award is presented to an individual who, over the current
sailing year, has participated in the most JSC club races (series). The
award, which will be kept by the winning skipper for one year, is a wood
plaque with a bronze sailboat. An engraved keeper trophy will also be
awarded.
The traveling award is a wood plaque with a brass sailboat
mounted on it. The recipient's name is engraved on the trophy. The
winner retains it for the next year. The winner is given a suitably
engraved "keeper" trophy.
